Instructions for deleting your account and data

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. We will permanently delete your personal information and revoke social media tokens, except where retention is required by law.

Delete from Inside the App

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Security.
  3. Scroll down to "Delete Account" section.
  4. Enter your password and click "Delete Account".

Request via Email

Email support@example.com and include the subject "Data Deletion Request". Use the email address associated with your account so we can verify ownership.

Meta/Facebook Integration

If you connected Facebook/Instagram, you may also revoke our access via your Facebook settings. Revocation will prevent further processing and we will delete cached tokens and related data.

Automatic Deletion (Meta/Facebook Users)

If you connected via Facebook/Instagram and remove our app from your Facebook settings, we will automatically receive a deletion request and process it within 30 days. You can check the status at our data deletion endpoint.

What Data Gets Deleted

  • Your Facebook/Instagram access tokens
  • Cached social media data (posts, pages, insights)
  • Connection settings for Meta platforms
  • Scheduled posts and media associated with connected accounts

Note: Your main account data is not affected by Meta data deletion requests. To delete your entire account, please use the account deletion feature in your dashboard settings.

API Endpoint

Our data deletion callback endpoint at /api/data-deletion handles automatic deletion requests from Meta when you revoke app access through Facebook.
