The same news needs a different shape on each platform. A new opening time might be a punchy first line and a photo on Instagram, a plain neighbourly update on Facebook, a short note about serving customers better on LinkedIn, and one tight sentence on X. Why it asks for your website
Most AI caption tools only know what you type into the box, so they fill the gaps with filler: "elevate your experience", "we're passionate about quality". When you add your website, the generator reads your homepage for the services you actually offer, who you seem to be talking to, and the calls to action you already use, so the posts sound like your business rather than everyone's.

How to get better posts out of it
